As Clay Cross Town Deal’s Town Centre Regeneration project progresses, North East Derbyshire District Council is delighted to announce the appointment of Inside Limited as the preferred contractor for the scheme.
What this means for the Clay Cross Town Deal regeneration project:
Inside Limited have a track record of construction and refurbishment projects across the country and are reputable for their consistency.
Work will begin in the summer on Clay Cross’ new town square, featuring a multi-function open space, greenery, a refurbished heritage building, and flexible business units bringing flair, independent businesses, and street food outlets to the area.
North East Derbyshire District Council’s Leader, Nigel Barker, said, “Inside Limited have proven themselves to be really reliable across their previous projects. They were rightly selected after a very thorough tender process.”
Lee Barnes, Chair of Clay Cross Town Board, said, “We’re really looking forward to having Inside Limited on board with us. We have absolute confidence in their ability to bring Clay Cross’ future town square to life.”
The Town Centre Regeneration project is one of various Clay Cross Town Deal projects, along with the ongoing construction of the Clay Cross Active hub and businesses implementing low carbon investments using grants received from the Town Deal.
